As Co-Founder and Managing Director, alongside Sean, I am responsible for the vision, strategic leadership and culture of the Onset. In fairness, leaders in our business will often lend our hands to whatever the business needs most – after all, the buck stops with us. We have an outcomes focussed mindset and know it is important to lead from the front.
With over 20 years in tech recruitment, I’ve had loads of great experiences, both running my own firms, as well as leading regions, teams and functions in other organisations. I’ve experienced the highs and lows of economic cycles, black swan events and crazy booms, invested in and grown a range of businesses and seen technology evolve the way we live and work up close and personal throughout this time. All along the way, it’s always been talent that has driven change and led to the greatest value creation.
With this in mind, working with talented, passionate people, stepping up and challenging themselves is the most enduring legacy and most excited aspect of my career in Recruitment.
