What better position to be in than that of helping people land their dream job! Hearing how I’ve impacted clients and candidates’ lives is my biggest motivator for working in recruitment. One candidate sent me a gift with a note attached, saying that I had “changed his life” a career high for sure.
I love building those strong and honest working relationships with candidates and clients. Recruiting across the Product space, I am able to connect those people to projects I know will excite and interest them, as well as nurture their creativity. My candidates will always benefit from an honest consultation with me, as opposed to outdated sales talk. I want to get to know them, and truly support them in their career goals. I am so looking forward to learning from this great team, who strive to provide that excellence of service I work towards, and immerse myself in an exciting new market (and new country!).
