When I was young, I wanted to become a writer. When I was given an opportunity to create meaningful conversations with people from all walks of life about their passions and successes, I was beyond ecstatic. Like writing, recruitment is an art and a science – finding a diamond in the rough, shining the light on a dark horse, and seeing the unlimited potential in people.

I get to meet diverse people in a space where we talk about their experiences, goals, and aspirations. I get to match them to the right seat on the right bus. As someone who is passionate about bringing our best selves to work everyday, I live for these conversations.

I have embraced the challenges and joys of recruiting in the last ten years of my career in various industries and I’m looking forward to building relationships and connections in product, design, and growth.
