Sometimes clients want to trial us out, sometimes you have a panel you need to work with, and other times the timing might just not be right.

Whatever the reason, on occasion we’ll work on a contingent basis where you’ll only pay if we find you the perfect candidate for your role.

The challenge:
Following a rebrand, Mable sought the direction of a marketing leader to help accelerate their growth.

Mable had a marketing team, but no marketing leadership in place. Being in scale-up phase and relatively unheard of in the market, it presented a great opportunity for the ‘right’ individual to make a huge impact.

Mable retained us on an exclusive basis to secure their marketing leader. Onset’s Exec Recruitment team went to market for established marketing leaders across health and technology with emphasis on digital expertise.

The successful candidate had global experience as a leader and the executive gravitas to grow and add value to the existing ELT and continues to lead the team today.

The challenge:
A total of 20 technical resources (80% contract, 20% permanent) needed to be secured within an 8 week time frame.

With the pending release of their OTP offering, oOh! faced the reality of needing to scale their technical capability.

Onset knew oOh!Media’s value proposition well and gathered new insight from their CTO and Head of Engineering helping us to best engage talent communities.

Appointing a team internally to deliver within competitive time frames. It was all hands on deck for the Consultants and Researchers involved and no stone was left unturned!

We helped to bolster oOh!media’s technology team with 20 new hires between September and December.

The challenge:
Find a strong technical leader, with an understanding of product and business priorities.

Rezdy were hiring a CTO to help grow their new platform and the infrastructure to scale. They needed a leader who could manage and develop the current technology team.

The Push-Up Challenge is held in June to raise awareness for mental health and the 3318 Australians who have died by suicide since 2019.
