I began my recruitment journey in 2014 after finishing my degree in Psychology in the Philippines. I have experienced a range of consultation roles across human resources and recruitment.

As Finance Administrator for The Onset, I support the team in distributing contracts, ensuring speed of delivery without compromising on quality, while also maintaining other financial aspects of the business.

I love engaging with candidates because for me, they are also my clients. I am pleased when candidates appreciate how I check on them from time to time. I look forward to continue being a part of The Onset team while growing its brand as Australia’s leading technology recruiter.

I’m always thrilled to experience things “solo”. I had my first overseas trip alone. Thanks to my tripod, I still got to take a lot of good photos.

Ice cream is my comfort food. I even make it at home using only 3 ingredients.

I love to go camping and hiking. Nothing compares to that feeling every time I reach the summit and see the breathtaking view.

I enjoy binge watching true crime documentaries. Maybe it’s because I’m a Psychology major?
