With almost a decade in tech recruitment, I’ve specialised in C# and .NET Engineer recruitment across Sydney and Dublin, working with enterprise, scale-up, and start-up organisations to solve one of the toughest challenges in tech: finding the right people in a competitive market. I’ve worked with these businesses to find developers at all levels up to Technical Leads, Architects, and Engineering Managers.

I take a consultative, process-driven approach, combining deep market knowledge with a clear understanding of what makes engineering teams succeed. I spend every day speaking with .NET engineers, which means I know where the talent is, what they want, and how to get them engaged.
