I specialise in senior Product and Design recruitment, partnering with the people actually shaping digital products – from founding designers and Principal PMs through to Heads of Product and Design.
For me, it’s never been about filling roles. It’s about understanding what the business is trying to unlock. Growth, retention, a new revenue stream, a shift in positioning, a step change in craft – and then finding the people who can genuinely move that forward.
I work closely with startups making their first true product or design hire, scaleups refining their craft as they grow, and established organisations rethinking capability as they modernise. Often it’s at inflection points – a new funding round, a platform rebuild, a transition from feature factory to product thinking, or a desire to lift the craft bar.
The common thread is impact. I want the people I introduce to materially improve how a product performs, how a team operates, and how customers experience a brand.
My approach is relationship-first and commercially grounded. I spend time understanding the nuance, team dynamics, technical constraints, stakeholder landscape, growth ambition, so the talent I represent isn’t just strong on paper, but right for the moment the organisation is in.
Long-term partnerships matter to me. With clients, with candidates, and within the broader product and design community. Because the real value isn’t in a single placement – it’s in helping build teams that create better products over time.
