My role at The Onset is looking after everything across our people and the wider community. This includes recruitment, onboarding, ongoing growth and development, workplace planning and wellbeing.
Having worked as a Recruitment Consultant for almost 5 years, I became passionate about the journey that employees embark on when joining a new company. For me, employee experience is all about culture, people interactions, development and growth within the workplace.
