I have been a part of recruiting and guiding teams for over 10 years across various markets throughout USA, Australia and Asia-Pacific area as a whole. This gave me extensive exposure in different types of industries, including Technology, Banking and Finance, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing.

I have managed teams of highly professional recruiters, researchers and operations coordinators, providing different types of support in talent sourcing/market mapping, pre-screening, and throughout the full cycle of recruitment processes. I have combined expert knowledge in recruitment technologies and trends with a strong focus on continuous improvement to better meet the needs of my clients, colleagues and candidates alike.
