I have over a decade’s worth of experience recruiting in India and the US, working for some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including Microsoft and Cisco. I came to Australia in 2019 and found myself working in a totally new market, with new roles in Software Engineering across .Net and QA. It’s now been 3 years working in this space and I have found my niche.
Recruitment can be a bit of a rollercoaster ride, but it is for sure the most rewarding job in the world. I get to work with people, shaping their careers, and ultimately helping them to fulfil their dreams. I am passionate and honest, and invest in building relationships that last.
During my journey with the Onset I have been able to work on and successfully deliver projects with WooliesX, Fenergo, NearMap, Gumtree, Domain, Macquarie Bank and ASX. My clients appreciate my honest feedback, and prompt responses and I look forward to continue perpetuating that reputation.
