Early in my career, I discovered a passion for working with people. At University, I was obsessed with Sport and found focus working with the personalities in it. I ultimately completed a Masters in Sport Psychology honing my skills in active listening, empathy, and providing guidance. The skills I learnt as part of my degree have deeply driven me throughout my career.

I oversee the full customer journey and ensure ongoing success across the Onset’s wider offerings – driving onboarding, adoption and retention.
