As Executive General Manager, Chris leads recruitment at The Onset, helping our team do their best work while building long-term partnerships with clients across Australia. His focus is simple: grow the business, back great people and deliver an experience that clients genuinely value.

With more than two decades of leadership experience across recruitment, consulting, managed services and enterprise technology, Chris has built and grown sales organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand. He has led consulting workforces of more than 650 people and partnered with executive leaders across Financial Services, Government, Health, Infrastructure and the broader commercial sector to solve complex business challenges.

Chris is known for rolling up his sleeves, building genuine relationships with his customer-first leadership style and bringing positive energy to the people around him. He believes the best commercial outcomes come from trust, collaboration and creating environments where people enjoy coming to work. Combining commercial discipline with a down-to-earth style, he’s passionate about helping clients build exceptional teams and helping those teams achieve great things together.
