Working across three very different technology markets – London, Zurich and now Sydney – has taught me how to adapt quickly, read a market properly and never assume the same approach will work twice.

I started in Business Intelligence and Data, progressing from Consultant to Senior Consultant and leading a team that recruited roles from graduate level through to Heads of Data. Today, I work across Software, Data and AI Engineering. My main focus at The Onset is currently partnering with Xero, supporting its recruitment initiatives and plans for growing its technology teams.

Whether I’m running, ocean swimming or working through a difficult brief, I’m happiest when I’m making progress. Clients get straight answers, a clear view of the market and someone who stays close to the process. I’ll challenge a brief when needed, keep communication open and put in the work to find the right person, not simply the easiest person to find.
