With smaller start-ups, I help set the foundations, signpost them to investment and introduce them to globally recognised peers to learn from. With established businesses I look at bottlenecks to streamline processes to attract the best people in the world and grow.
Throughout my career I have gained an extensive experience in building and leading teams. My previous role as Head of London Tech at a successful company allowed me to develop a strong network of industry leaders and experts through my leadership of a meetup community where individuals could come together to share ideas and learn from one another. My ability to stay on top of the latest trends and developments in the market was greatly enhanced through this experience.
Additionally, I am an active member of the tech community, having participated in the Bristol Tech Festival and spoken about strategies for startups to attract top talent. My ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on people’s lives and companies by helping them secure the right individuals that will drive their growth. I am excited to be expanding my horizons and immersing myself in the Sydney tech scene, with a focus on growing the JavaScript practice.
